Physically active children better academic achievers?

Interesting new study showing a clear improvement in cognitive function in children (age <10) when physically active compared to regular non-active studying.

My thoughts:
- Study clearly shows that active children outperform non-active children regardless of study method
- It would be interesting to explore the relationship between "level" of activity and "cognitive function" - this would allow us to provide feedback to schools and parents as to whether school-based activities are sufficient?
- With the ongoing epidemic of childhood obesity globally (and especially in the GCC), I would like to work with groups willing to actively engage with schools and communities in the UAE to encourage physical activity in children
