3 things successful people never do

Studying successful people and trying to identify what makes them successful and trying to learn from them has been my biggest passion for years.

People I've studied have been successful in a wide variety of areas:

- Athletics

- Relationships

- Money & careers

- Art

- Health

- Legacy

Throughout all my research, it became extremely clear to me that successful people (in all walks of live, across any field) never do these 3 things:

1. They NEVER BLAME OTHERS for their problems

You will never hear a successful person say things like:

" I can't work because of the government"

"I can't do my job because I have a bad boss" or "I work for a bad company"

"I tried but my spouse isn't listening".

etc.

This is a very powerful way to think, and it all starts with your mindset.

Successful people know that: YOU CANNOT CHANGE SOMETHING YOU DO NOW OWN.

You may be able to change your circumstances or not, but you can certainly change how you REACT to your circumstances.

If you keep blaming someone else for your problems, there is nothing you can do about that you'll remain "stuck", while the "successful person" will look at the problem, assess what she can do, and take action.

Which brings me to the second thing successful people never do:

2. They NEVER play the VICTIM

You will never hear a successful person say:

"Well, it is what it is, that's life", or

"I can't do much about it, I have to live with it", or

"I don't think I can do it".

etc.

Successful people are ALWAYS those who, when knocked down, are back up on their feet before you even notice.

Their mindset is one of: "you, the world, life can hit me and knock me down 100 times, I will get up 100 times.

So, DON'T BE A VICTIM! You're better than this!

3. They NEVER STAY STILL

Successful people will NEVER tell themselves:

" I don't know how to do this", or

"I'm just bad at math", or

"I don't know how to talk to people", or

"I hate my job and don't know what to do",

etc.

Successful people REFUSE to stay still.

There is something they don't know HOW TO DO: they LEARN how to do it.

They are stuck in a situation they don't like: they PUT A LIST OF ACTIONS AND TICK THEM OFF ONE BY ONE.

They have DAILY SMALL GOALS to CHANGE their situation. Not weekly goals, DAILY goals.

That's because successful people know that: unless you are taking steps EVERY DAY, you will REMAIN IN THE SAME PLACE.

So, you want to be successful?

1. DON'T BLAME OTHER PEOPLE FOR PROBLEMS IN YOUR LIFE

2. NEVER PLAY THE VICTIM

3. NEVER STAY STILL, KEEP MOVING FORWARD EVERY DAY
